We are hosting our second Intro to Trail Running Clinic with Aardvark Sports Shop. We're excited to get you out on the trails at Trexler Nature Preserve. AND Hoka will be joining us with demo shoes!  Clinic hosted by Aimee Kohler, competitive trail runner and coach with The Running Kind.  At the clinic we will touch on some specific strategies for tackling the trails, proper footwear, trail safety and of course... my favorite... hills! We will be joined by Saucony, Asics, Puma, Nike and Brooks at DeSales Track for a prediction mile! What's a prediction mile? You predict your time, tape your watch and see who gets the closest to their prediction. Yes, there will be prizes!
